City of Barletta-Andria-Trani

The province of Barletta-Andria-Trani is a new province in northern Apulia, which has 391,705 inhabitants. The capital is the joint between the city of Barletta, Andria and Trani.
It is bordered to the north-west by the Province of Foggia, north-east by the Adriatic Sea, south-east with the Province of Bari, on the south by the Province of Potenza (Basilicata)
It was established in 2004 and the first provincial council elections were held on 6 and 7 June 2009.
It was recognized as the registered office of the sixth province of Puglia, the Provincial Agricultural Technical Institute of Andria, located in Piazza San Pio X. In the last three sessions of the theme, with the provincial council of May 21, 2010, in 18 votes to 10 votes against and 2 abstentions
