The Botanical Garden of Perugia (20,000 m²) is a botanical garden operated by the University of Perugia. It is located in Borgo XX Giugno 74, Perugia, Umbria, Italy, and open to the public every day.

Today's garden was established in 1962 between Via Romana and Via San Costanzo, as successor of the first botanic garden of Perugia (1768), which has been moved several times and re-established over the centuries. It currently contains about 3000 species
