The Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, also known as the San Lorenzo Cathedral Museum is a museum of Perugia, next to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo.

The museum was built by the Cathedral Chapter (hence the name of "Chapter") and housed in one of its offices. It was opened in 1923, the sun rises first. In the '80s the museum was closed for excavation work in which were discovered some underground rooms. Reopened in 2000, today one can admire numerous works of art, among which stands the Altar of St Onofrio Luca Signorelli.
