Ingredients for 10 people:
g. 250 Onion
g. 20 garlic
g. 500 Bread
g. 800 chicken livers
g. 40 anchovy fillets
g. 100 of capers
g. 100 of extra virgin olive oil
g. 250 butter
Finely chop the onion and brown in oil in a saucepan, add the minced garlic and chicken livers well washed and clean, doing all the cooking over high heat.
Sprinkle with wine, and when it is almost completely evaporated, add capers, anchovy butter and finish cooking. Finely chop the dough using a sharp knife and keep it warm season with flavor. Toast the sliced bread view (but not too much) and pour a spoonful of mixture on each slice of bread and place on serving platter.
Garnish with parsley and capers.
Serve hot.
